Welcome to the KCHFT School Aged Immunisation Service clinic booking site where you can book appointments for all your child’s immunisations.
If your child is home educated or missed their vaccination in school, they have not missed the opportunity to have their vaccination in one of our clinics.
• Young people home educated or in Year 8 and above can book their HPV
• Young people home educated or in Year 9 and above can book their meningitis; diphtheria, tetanus and polio booster
We are visiting schools until end of July for HPV, meningitis; diphtheria, tetanus and polio booster so please only book an appointment if your child is home educated or missed their vaccination in school.

An account allows you to access our services more easily; you do not have to give us all your details each time you have a blood test for example.
If you are a key NHS worker, you may be able to apply for a COVID-19 Lateral Flow Testing kit. You must register first and then contact your manager
